Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gallery 1722. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In most cases, orders are shipped the same day an order is received if the order is placed before 1pm.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method

Gallery 1722 currently uses UPS to ship out all wreaths and paintings.

1-5 business days (based on distance to destination)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS 2nd Day Air

2 business days (typically by end of day)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS Three-Day Select

3 business days (by end of day)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS Next Day Air

Delivery by next business day (typically by 10:30 A.M.)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS Next Day Air Saver

Delivery by next business day (typically by 3:00 p.m.)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

Delivery by next business day (as early as 8:00 a.m.)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

UPS Next Day Air A.M.

Delivery in 2 business days (typically by 10:30 a.m.)

Prices are determined by package weight and distance.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Candy Coated Wreath does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gallery 1722 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We take great care in packaging items for safe shipment and therefore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Also, please make sure to take photos for UPS' investigation. If the original shipping box is not available for UPS to investigate, your claim may be denied.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Since our wreaths are handmade and one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there an issue with your order please contact us to see if we can help to reach a resolution.

Commissions

Gallery 1722 does not offer refunds on commission work unless damage to a product is clearly caused by our negligence.

Damages in Transit

If for any reason your items are damaged in transit, please make sure that you take photos of the broken items upon discovering them and contact us within 24 hours of arrival.

When taking photos, the items should be inside of the box the same way that they arrived and all packaging materials should also be included in the photo. Please also make sure to include a photo that includes the tracking label with the broken item(s). This is required by UPS to file a damage claim for your broken items.
